24h reception is top! Everything else also wonderful apart from the negative points mentioned. I will definitely book here again when I am in Zurich on a business trip.
I was surprised that I had to give 100 CHF deposit at check-in. That got lost in the communication. The bed was a bit worn out and too soft for my taste.

They have great mattresses! Never slept so well in a hotel before. It is small, fine, very comfortable. There was one bottle of water waiting for me. Very attentive!

Very attentive & friendly staff - delicious and large breakfast selection. On foot you can reach the town hall / centre in 20 minutes - Bircher-Müsli was great!
Actually nothing - coffee was perhaps a little thin - but that's a matter of taste!
